Supplements Ordering, Payment & Shipping Policy
We at Netrients want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.

Most credit and debit card orders are shipped within 24 hours. Mail, or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
Below are the shipping options and the associated Shipping & Handling Charges:
Shipping & Handling to Canada and USA
- Normal (shipped via Canada Post, 3 - 5 business days anywhere within the Canada or USA).
- Priority (shipped via FedEx, 2 - 3 business days average anywhere in the Canada or USA).
Cost varies based on the size and weight of the goods ordered, as well as on the shipping destination.
International Shipping & Handling
- Normal (shipped via Canada Post or FedEx, 5 - 10 business days, most countries other than Canada and USA).

For all International shipments, Netrients will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Netrients will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Netrients will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
Please note that customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importing of certain dietary supplements, herbal and/or homeopathic products for personal use. It is your responsibility to check your country's policies. Because of increased vigilance in Germany, we no longer ship to Germany.
Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Netrients will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license which it does not possess. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.
All Express Mail, FedEx and UPS orders are waived from signature unless otherwise instructed via comments in your order form, by email or phone. Signature verification may not be possible for certain destinations.
Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
