Need to Return an Item?
Our online Returns Centre will guide you through the return process. We'll notify you via e-mail when we've processed your refund.
Unopened items
You may return unopened items (in its original condition and packaging - still in its plastic sceal) sold and fulfilled by Netrients.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Items that are opened and returned later than 7 days and before 30 days following their delivery will receive a partial refund.
Netrients Guaranties that the consumption of the product will produce the mentionned physiological effects when taken as per direcftions. If within seven days of delivery of your Netrients product, you do not experience the mentionned physiological effects when using the product, immediately return the unused portion of the product along with your receipt of purchase for a full refund of the unused portion.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at Netrients.com. We cannot exchange items.
Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items
Netrients.com can replace items only if they are defective or damaged if they are returned within 30 days following their delivery.
Refunds
We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Returning a Gift?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. The gift certificate will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you provide in the online Returns Centre. Don't worry, we won't let the gift giver know about your return.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give you later, we'll send a refund to the gift giver, and he or she will find out about your return.
To determine whether your item was marked as a gift, check the bottom of the packing slip that came with the shipment for words that say either "We hope you enjoy your gift" or "This shipment represents part of your gift."
Did You Use a Promotional Code or Certificate?
If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code and the code has not expired, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, and will be available to use the next time you place an order at Netrients.com. Please note, however, that the original expiration date still applies.
Lost Your Packing Slip?
If you ordered an item that you want to return but can't find the packing slip, you can still return it via our online Returns Centre. You will be asked to select the relevant order from Your Account.
