ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The services that Netrients provides to you are subject to the following Terms and Conditions ("TAC"). Netrients reserves itself the right to modify or update the TOU at any time without prior notice. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Through its network of Web properties, Netrients provides you with access to a variety of “Services” (resources), including affiliate, reseller and distributor tools, download areas, communication forums and product information. The Services including any and all updates, modifications, enhancements, new features and/or additions are subject to the TAC.
PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION
Unless otherwise authorized specifically in writing you may not transmit, modify, distribute, copy, display, reproduce, transfer, publish, or sell any information, products or services obtained from the Services.

Should any of the products require opening an account, the registration process must be completed with all current and accurate information. You will be able to choose a user name and password. Once assigned you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this information. All activities that occur within your account are entirely your responsibility. You agree to notify Netrients immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Netrients is not liable for any loss that may occur thru unauthorized use of your account, when access occurred by someone using your account and password, without or without your express knowledge or permission. However you are still liable for any losses incurred by Netrients or another party as a result of the unauthorized use of your account. You are strictly prohibited from using anyone else`s account at any time without prior written permission of the account holder.
NOTICES REGARDING SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE ON THIS WEB SITE
IN NO EVENT SHALL Netrients AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM THE USE OF Netrients PRODUCTS.
If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Netrients immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Netrients will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Netrients or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone elses account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
At no TIME will you use the Services for any unlawful activity and/or any activity as prohibited under these terms, conditions and notices. You may not use the services in any way that could damage, overload, disable, overburden or any Netrients server or the network or interface connect6ed to any Netrients server. You may not interfere with any other party`s ability to use and enjoy these Services, you may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Service, account, computer system or network connected to Netrients servers or Services, thru hacking, password mining or any other means. You are prohibited from obtaining information thru any means not intentionally made available through Netrients services.
USE OF SERVICES
Services may contain but are not limited to emailing, bulletin boards, chat areas, news groups, community chats, personal web pages, calendars. Photo albums, file cabinets, and other services designed to enable and enhance communication with others (Communication Services). You agree to ONLY post, send or receive messages and material, appropriate and when applicable related to the particular Communication service. The following are examples of prohibited uses of these communications services without limiting the prohibited uses:
- Surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spamming, unsolicited messages
- Defaming, harassing, stalking, threatening or in any way violating anyone, s legal and constitutional rights.
- Use of profanity, obscenity, unlawful topics or information
- Uploading materials that would infringe copyright laws or trademark laws or other laws protecting
- Intellectual property unless you own or control the rights to said material
- Uploading files that contain viruses, corrupted files, time bombs or similar type of software that may damage or impede the operations of another computer or network
- Advertise or sell any product or service unless the communication service specifically allows such messages or advertisements
- Download or reproduce files posted b y other users that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally reproduced, displayed, performed and or otherwise distributed in such a manner
- Falsify and /or delete any copyright management information such as labels of origin, author attributions, or any other legal notice or designation
- Violate any code of conduct applicable to the particular communication services
- In any way collect or harvest information about other users, including but not limited to email addresses
- Download, copy, or provide (whether for a fee or not) to any person or legal entity, user information, usage information or any portion thereof.
Netrients has no obligation, legal or other, to monitor the Communication services. However Netrients does reserve the right to periodically review the materials posted to the communication services and at its sole discretion remove any materials it so chooses without prior written notice or notification. Netrients reserves the right to terminate any users access to any or all of the communication services at any time, without prior written notice or notification for any reason whatsoever.
Netrients reserves the right to disclose any and all information as required by law, regulation, legal process or governmental request and or to edit refuses to post or remove any information in whole or part at its sole discretion without prior written notice.
Always use extreme caution when providing others any personally identifiable information about yourself or your children in communication services. Netrients has no control over the content, messages, or information found in the communication services and therefore Netrients specifically and categorically disclaims and denies any liability with regard to the communication services and any actions resulting from your n therein. Managers and host are NOT authorized Netrients spokespeople and therefore their views and statements do not necessarily reflect those of Netrients. Any materials uploaded to the communication services may be subject to posted limitations as to usage, reproduction and dissemination and you are responsible for strictly adhering to all such limitations with respect to downloading such material.
